How It Works
Perceptive Wellness Club is a one-year experience designed to help you integrate self-care habits through weekly live calls, guided practice, and real-life application. You will also learn Ayurvedic wellness principles you can apply to yourself and your family in a grounded, approachable way.
We weave in subtle energy awareness so your choices feel clearer and more aligned from the inside out. Over time, intuition becomes more usable because your daily rhythm supports it.
Timeline: 1 Year · 4 Quarters
Q1: Get It (Learn the habits + our method, experiment)
You build your foundation, learn the self-care habits, and understand how we work with them in a way that fits real life.
Q2: Work It (Lean in; make progress)
You choose what matters most, apply the habits consistently, and begin to feel meaningful shifts in energy, clarity, and follow-through.
Q3: Live It (Deepen your momentum)
You strengthen what’s working, refine your rhythm, and bring the habits into daily life with more ease and personal integrity.
Q4: Be It (Awaken to flow)
You simplify, integrate, and embody what you’ve learned so it feels natural, sustainable, and genuinely yours.

Format: online + live Zoom calls + recordings
Live Calls: Bi-Weekly live calls (2 per month) and Bi-Weekly Prerecorded calls (2 per month).
November & December we have workshops early in each month, then break time for family during the holidays.
Mentoring/Coaching: Available time during our live calls. For those who need a more personal 1-1 mentoring session, you may purchase as needed or buy a package and get a bonus mentoring session. (30 minutes each)
Pace: designed for real life, with simple weekly practices
Access: class content, recordings, and recipes, ebooks and reflections provided. Physical books included.

I created Perceptive Wellness Club for women who are done second-guessing themselves and done putting their wellbeing last. If you are ready to feel clearer, more energized, and more supported in your own inner knowing, I would love to guide you through this year.
I wanted to make this course more financially accessible so more women could invest in their well-being and experience the meaningful return that comes from integrating supportive self-care into daily life.
The 12-month Perceptive Wellness Club is now offered at a revised price of $2,550, or 12 monthly payments of $212.50.
To make the program more accessible while preserving the depth of support, the club will now include live calls every other week, with prerecorded content shared on the alternating weeks. This creates a balanced rhythm of live engagement and self-paced learning throughout the year.
One-on-one mentoring is not included in the standard enrollment at this price level. Members who would like additional personalized support may purchase 30-minute mentoring sessions separately at $37.50 per session.
Available mentoring options include:
2-session package $75
4-session package, with 1 additional session included at no extra charge $112.50 (saving $37.50)
For members enrolled through a one-year signed agreement, course books are included and will be shipped directly to them.
***Members participating through Substack, or through another arrangement that does not include a one-year agreement with Brenda Green or Perceptive Wellness Club, will not receive books as part of enrollment, unless specifically noted otherwise.
