Perceptive Wellness Club - Spiritual Advancement Club
Ancestral Healing Club
Grounding is rooting to rise. I affirm and ground into the Earth (and the Earth star chakra). I affirm and ground into Higher Consciousness, the Higher Self (with the crown chakra). I affirm and ground into Greater Spirit/Source (into the soul star chakra, the Universe, Oneness) A grounded state is stability, sustaining and ease through daily life events and experiences. It is your true collaboration in all forms, at all times with our physical world and our spiritual Beingness; in doing so, I recognize and honor my true self.
Setting intention is your daily guiding light. The Universe can ever, only give what you ask for. Visioning your day defines and sets your intention. Self-love, self-compassion and dharma will clearly define your intentions for your highest good. It dissolves all negative intentions both unknowingly stated or thought and the programmed negative self-talk are now resolved by upleveled intentions born from our self-love.
Simplicity creates space to Nurture Identity Evolution. Simplicity fosters the environment necessary for nurturing the evolution of identity. It allows for the release of past conditioning—the "I know who I am" mindset—so you can fully embrace your growth, embodying the "I pay attention to who I'm becoming" perspective. By simplifying your life, you integrate collective growth and emergence into your daily existence with ease. Overcoming resistance, discovering our true selves, and subsequently recognizing and honoring them is the invaluable gift simplicity offers.
Prioritize Your Growth. Once you’ve committed to your club, competing desires will arise. You may face a continual barrage of conflicting interests and demands on your time. Apply discernment to recommit to your goals and revisit your intentions. Your club is designed to prioritize your growth. Inspire by taking aligned action on your goals by making wisdom-based choices from your heart. It is the foundation for well-being.
Listen Deeply. Deep listening is the glue that holds an evolutionary conversation together. When your club meets, practice and receive deep listening. Participate in receptivity mode, connecting with the essence of each person’s energy and passion to learn. Turn up your care. Allow yourself to be impacted by the edges of opportunity. Listen internally to challenge outdated ways of thinking. If you have a victim mindset use that as a trigger to look for opportunity and take action towards empowerment.
Communicate with Care + Candor. Your growing edge will either be speaking with candor, or speaking with care. If your edge is candor, speak with empathy, connection, and humility. If your growing edge is care, trust your voice. Communication is the bedrock of your club. Envision your throat chakra open to sharing and expressing freely. Intuitively know when it is time to just hold space for others.
Reach In When You Tweak Out. You’ll stretch yourself beyond where you’ve been, which may trigger a pattern of contracting away from your community. Notice when you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or depressed as a signal to reach into the club for compassion, connection and guidance. Contraction and avoidance are signs to connect in our expansive group. Seek inspiration and clarify new intentions to better guide your path.
Give and Receive. It is the law of the Universe that creates aligned action. It gives greater value in our exchanges. Ask questions, receive guidance and implement feedback with a beginner’s mind. Balancing giving and receiving in your life opens you to limitless abundance. It expands your happiness and co-creates with your bliss body. Embody and share your happiness.
Relationships are spirituality. An open Heart deepens and allows for the embodiment of our relationships and will expand into new ways of experiencing the ones you love and the ones that challenge your growth. Your life is a collaboration with the Universe and everyone and everything within it. This is the art of Oneness, the true space for Beingness.
